We are seeking a project accountant/executive assistant that ideally has experience working in construction. Able to keep track of bookkeeping, budgeting and forecasting. Can provide executive-level support including calendar management, meeting coordination, proposal development, and stakeholder communications. Adept at handling confidential information, organizing company events, and streamlining internal processes. May even represent the company at career fairs and community events, contributing to brand visibility and outreach.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Create, maintain, and monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
- Financial Reporting: Generate monthly reports on project profitability, including income statements and cash flow
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage client billing, and ensure timely payments. Invoice tracking.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all projects comply with company policies, tax laws, and industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers to track project performance and identify financial risks.
- Payroll: Will process payroll in ADP and Clicktime for timesheets
QuickBooks Online knowledge and the ability to create dashboards in QuickBooks to track purchase orders, track budgets and spending.
Monday.com experience is required, must know how to create and work in monday work management.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
