Terravanta is seeking construction project managers with Airport experience.
Experienced construction managers and field/quality assurance inspectors that can support landside (i.e. projects in the Terminal, parking structures/lots, landside roadway circulation, etc.) and airside projects (i.e. projects within the AOA (i.e. airfield, ramp, apron, FBO, etc.)
Airport Project Manager plans, directs, and monitors complex aviation infrastructure projects—such as runway, taxiway, and terminal construction—from design through completion. They ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations, manage project budgets and timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee on-site contractors. This role generally requires an engineering degree and 5+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of airfield and landside improvements (runways, taxiways, aprons, lighting, and terminal upgrades).
- Budget and Schedule Management: Control project costs, scope, and quality; ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Regulatory Compliance: Administer state/federal grants and adhere to FAA and TSA standards.
Department of Transportation - Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between airport authorities, contractors, consultants, and airlines to ensure minimal disruption to airport operations.
- Construction Management: Oversee contractors, Review design plans, lead constructability reviews, and handle construction sequencing
- Infrastructure Upkeep: Coordinate improvements to facilities, including baggage handling systems, elevators, escalators, and utility infrastructure.
Compensation: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
