About the Role:
Join Terravanta Inc as a Senior Project Controls Manager-Airway-Airport and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of airport and airway projects. We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive project performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project controls processes including cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain project control systems to track performance metrics and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports for stakeholders on progress and challenges.
- Implement best practices in project controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead a team of project control specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout all phases of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls within the aviation or construction industry.
- Proven expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost management and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and airport project requirements is a plus.

Compensation: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
